# Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, we offer a straightforward returns process:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact

- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

- Clearance/final sale items are non-returnable unless defective

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label (for items over $50)

4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label

REFUND PROCESSING

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

- Refund amounts include the product price but exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)

- Refunds are credited to the original payment method

EXCEPTIONS

- Defective or damaged items: Full refund including return shipping

- Wrong item received: Full refund including return shipping

- Items ordered in error: Subject to standard return shipping costs

EXCHANGES

- We offer free exchanges for size/color variations on non-final-sale items

- Return the original item and we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost
